Restroom supplies off your to-do list

A San Francisco building runs on a short list of consumables: tissue in the stalls, towels at the sinks, soap, sanitizer, seat covers and a liner in each bin. When one runs out, someone on your team takes the complaint and squeezes in a store run between meetings. San Francisco Cleaning Co takes that errand off the calendar by supplying the products, keeping them stocked and installing the dispensers that hold them.

It works either way. If our crews also clean your property, they can restock during their visits, with our products or ones you buy. If your own people clean, we deliver on a schedule you choose and keep the closet at the levels you want.

The product range

  • Paper: toilet tissue and hand towels, in the roll or folded formats your units take.
  • Hand hygiene: soap for washroom and breakroom basins, plus sanitizer for lobby stands and wall units.
  • Seat covers: for every stall that has a holder.
  • Liners and bags: can liners sized to each bin, from desk baskets to the heavy trash bags at the loading area.
  • Dispensers: towel, tissue, soap and sanitizer units that we supply and mount.

Together they cover restrooms, the breakroom sink and the entry, the three spots where an employee or visitor notices a gap first. Coffee, snacks and other kitchen items are a separate service, San Francisco breakroom and pantry restocking.

Refills on cleaning visits, if you choose

If our crews also handle the cleaning and you want them refilling, they work through each dispenser during the visit. Rolls close to the core are replaced, towel cabinets are filled, soap and sanitizer cartridges are swapped before they empty, and each bin is relined once it has been emptied. Because restocking never waits on a separate trip, a restroom that looked fine on Monday is still supplied on Thursday.

Supervisors check restroom stock on their quality inspections. A restroom that drains faster than the rest is noted and its reserve raised, so what you see is a full dispenser rather than a reorder email.

A reserve near every restroom

We set a reserve for each restroom: rolls, towel bundles, soap and sanitizer cartridges, seat-cover packs and liners. It is stored in a closet or janitor’s room close to the restrooms it serves, so a crew member or porter can refill without riding down to the basement. A tower floor with two restroom cores has its own count, and a ground-floor shop with a single restroom has a far smaller one.

Each restock returns the closet to its count instead of filling it by feel. Where a building has one central storage room, we sort it by floor so the right refills are easy to find. Want to keep buying a few items yourself? Crews can use your stock for those while we handle the rest.

Supplies-only delivery for in-house teams

Some properties clean with their own staff, whether a building engineer’s team, a hotel housekeeping department or a school’s custodians. They can still source supplies through us. We deliver to your dock or storage room on the schedule you pick and fill the closet to the reserve counts we set together, so your team spends the shift cleaning, not counting boxes or chasing reorders.

Dispensers and refills that match

Most restroom supply headaches trace back to mismatched equipment: a towel that jams, soap made for some other unit, a tissue holder sized for a roll nobody carries. We supply and hang towel, tissue, soap and sanitizer dispensers, then pair every refill with the unit it feeds. Working dispensers already on your walls get refills cut for them. If a remodel or new lease leaves bare walls, we mount a matched set and keep it filled.

How building use sets the reserve

An office building uses supplies in proportion to the people on each floor, so a tower with full floors stacked one above another needs towels and tissue restocked floor by floor. Converted warehouse offices and loft workplaces may share fewer, larger restrooms, and in convention and event halls restroom traffic rises and falls with each event on the calendar.

Hotels, restaurants and shops serve guests and customers, so how often their restrooms are used depends on how many people come through the door. Medical offices and schools keep seat covers and sanitizer within reach for hygiene reasons, and warehouse and distribution space relies on heavy trash bags for packaging waste. Reserve counts are set from how a given property is really used.

Pricing factors for supplies

Supply pricing rests on headcount, the number of restrooms, how hard each one works, the paper and soap grades you prefer and how often we restock or deliver. Dispensers are quoted by type and count. We walk the property, count restrooms and dispensers, and send a written quote.

A few useful answers

Common questions.

Can we buy supplies if another company does our cleaning?

Yes. Supply orders are open to every San Francisco business, whoever cleans. If our crews also clean, they can restock on each visit; when your staff clean, we deliver to your supply room.

Our towel dispensers keep jamming. Can you replace them?

Yes. We take down units that misfeed, hang new towel, tissue, soap and sanitizer dispensers, and keep them loaded with refills made for them.

What does a restroom's reserve count mean?

It is the stock a restroom should have on hand nearby, set by its stalls, sinks and daily traffic. Every restock brings the closet back to it, and it changes when usage does.

If we only buy supplies, who refills the dispensers?

Your staff do, from a closet we keep stocked to its counts. If you add our cleaning, the crew can take over refills on each visit.
